Profile & wallet data

When you use the eligibility checker, you provide information such as the number of cards opened, bonus history, and cards in your wallet. This data is always stored in your browser's localStorage for immediate access. If you are signed in, this data is also synced to our cloud database (hosted on Supabase) so you can access it across devices. You can use the tool without creating an account, in which case your data remains only in your browser.

Account & authentication data

If you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This information is used solely for authentication and displaying your account identity. Authentication is managed by Supabase Auth.

Email subscription

If you subscribe to updates via our email form, we store your email address in our database. We send two types of emails:

• Newsletters: Occasional updates with new card recommendations, eligibility tips, and strategy guides. Sent at our discretion (not on a fixed schedule).
• Card offer alerts: Automated notifications when credit card signup bonuses change significantly or new cards are added. Typically no more than a few times per month.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. Emails are sent via Resend (which uses Amazon SES for delivery).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — such as which pages are visited and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data and may set cookies on your device. No personally identifiable profile data is sent to Google Analytics. Analytics is loaded by default. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Hosting & server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for operational and security purposes.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
